Alaskan Halloween Post

Well (as you can probably guess) this is that Alaska/Halloween post that you all have been patiently waiting for ... forever. Let's see, there is not a whole lot to say about Alaska. I mean there is a lot to say, it's just that I don't think that it would be all that interesting for you folks, since msot of you were there with me the whole time. Things about Alaska that suprised me:
1. It's beautiful! No I mean absolutely gorgeous
2. Wasn't as cold as I thought that it would be
3. Didn't smell of death (dead fish) the whole time
4. Locals always stop for pedestrians at a cross walk whether there is a stop sign or not
5. Everyone is super friendly... Like Barney (big purple dinosaur - without being creepy)
Overall it was a fun trip... and the pictures are a lot more interesting than reading about it.

Then there is Halloween. One of my favorite times of the year and the planning of another epic party. Just like the Mocktail, this one will be just as big! I'm most excited for the costumes that are going to finally make their appearance that we have been talking about and planning for the past month. That right - Vampirates. If that word is too hard for some of you out there, it is a cross between a vampire and a pirate. Abs and I spent a few hours of diligent shopping to put together some amazing costumes complete with clip-on fangs! It's going to be sweet! Another fine Halloween...
