How I Manage To Do Nothing...
I have noticed recently that though I have been incredibly busy with work (8 days and counting with no day off in sight) and whatnot... I still manage (though I try) to NOT get a single thing done outside of work. I have compiled a list of what I do while not at work and how I waste my free time. I want to inspire others to unneccessarily but efficiently waste time through my example. So here it is in no particular order:
1. Sleep - when you think that you should do laundry... just go to bed.
2. Eat - when you think that you should do laundry... find something to eat.
3. Watch CSI or Law and Order - when you think that you should do laundry...find a crime drama to tide you over.
4. Read - when you think that you should do laundry... realize that you haven't read a book in a while. Sit down to read 200 pages and proceed back to number 1 (sleep).
5. Blog - when you think that you should do laundry... find an internet connection and waste millions of precious hours on blogging, nationstating, etc.
Well, there it is. My life summed into 5 points. How I manage to pay bills, drive places, shop, and then still have all of that energy to give massages all day long... is beyond me. How I fit all of this into one day amazes even me! So I'm off to care for my virtual fish tank, those little guys require a lot of care... so much to do, so little time...
